Libby's mom gave me a list of what she wanted: Dumbo on top with trunk wrapped around a big "2," Timothy Q Mouse holding a banner with Libby's name on it, "some" animals, clowns, train cars, and a ball border. I was allowed to decide the number and shape of tiers, the color and the design, which was a blast. I ended up making an elephant, a mouse, a "2," a seal, 2 tigers, 3 clowns, a baby lion, a monkey, a pup and his hoop of fire, 6 train cars, 5 balloons, 6 hats, a blanket, a jacket, 6 neck collars, 43 banners, 8 tassels, 40 stripes, and over 100 balls.
