Hi - this is one of the 6" rich, dark fruit cakes that I've made for Christmas. Despite it looking like a Swedish wedding cake, lol - I was aiming at using the garland cutters and using the red/white/green theme. The cake is covered with marzipan and fondant and the garland decorations are gumpaste. It has room for a topper, which unfortunately was not in place for the photo.
