Pb&j
This was for a funeral of a grandpa who loved PB&Js. I had a little trouble with the "PB". I used tinted, bavarian cream and by the time I had traveled 115 miles all the PB&J had run all over to the bottom of the cake. I had to scrape it all off and refrost, airbrush and reapply the PB&J. This time I used buttercream frosting which held up the strawberry filling better. I traveled nother 30 miles and everyone loved it!

I'm guessing this is a pb and j sandwich cake and in that case I have to say very well done
that is too cool. My brother is a nut for peanut butter and jelly sandwiches too, I lthink that's all he eats.......... LOL Great idea.Would you mind sharing the way it was done.????
