Fall Theme Wedding Cake on Cake Central

This was a fun cake to make. The icing is butter cream made with butter flavor Crisco to give the off white color. The ribbon is half chocolate clay and half Wilton fondant. All other cutouts are marshmallow fondant. The small white flowers are gumpaste shaped with the Wilton cutter for the gumpaste or fondant rose. The grapes are dipped in slightly beaten egg white than rolled in course sugar. The bottom is 12 x12", middle is 9" and top tier is 6".
