Dallas Cowboys helmet cake....cake is chocolate fudge with vanilla buttercream filling; airbrushed silver; gumpaste/fondant designs. This was my first time doing a football helmet, and I learned what NOT to do next time......the airbrushing made my fondant saggy........and I was not pleased with the results.......but all in all, the Groom LOVED it, so that's what matters!
