11x15 wasc with white chocolate ganache filling. Fresh strawberries dipped in white chocolate and decorated with an edible image of the birthday boy :) First time using fresh fruit, and when I pulled the cake out in the morning, strawberry juice was everywhere! Cleaned up, re-piped just before pick up ... how do I prevent this?
