The cake was an American flag on the inside. Red velvet and white cake layers with a blue 4" round set in the top center. White buttercream. The cake pops were a mix of the cake flavors covered in white and blue colored chocolate. Covered in blue Fondant, with gumpaste red roses and white picket fence. I painted the roses with a mix water and piping gel to make them shiny.
