These are Cake Balls pops. Lots of fun to do but many steps. A very nice way in making making a mini compact cake to share with many people. I love the idea of crubling the cake and mixing the icing and the filling all in one and than coating the cake ball with chocolate melted discs. My cake base was of pineapple, cream cheese icing and raspberry filling. Super delicious.
