The top tier is a yellow cake with cream cheese icing and the bottom tier is chocolate cake with buttercream icing. The creem cheese got very warm on the trip to my parents and started to sag. I was dissapointed it the way it looked. Any suggestions on working with cream cheese?
Your cake is very, very pretty! I love the cornelli lace. Perhaps adding a little more confectioners sugar to the cream cheese will provide a stiffer frosting. Trying experimenting with this. Sometimes a recipe needs to be adjusted to achieve better results. Don't you think?
