Fish 'n Chips With Meat Pie And Tomato Sauce

I had sooo much fun making this for my cousin's farewell dinner. I wanted to create a typical kiwiana (New Zealand) diet, which he thoroughly enjoyed during his stay with us. Tried my best to recreate the fish and chips we had at Piha Beach, and also the BP meat pies he loved so much! Chips bag is chocolate cake covered in chocolate ganache, then homemade MMF. Chips are NFSC (which I sprinkled with sugar at the dinner, which is not shown on photo). Fish is red velvet covered in BC and MMF, then painted (I wish I had an airbrush!!) Meat pie is also red velvet with BC and MMF, sprinkled with black sugar for the pepper. I was very pleased with how it turned out, especially since I didn't have an airbrush to achieve the look I wanted. Tomato sauce is BC coloured red.
