Inspired by a bridal magazine photo of an oval cake designed by Condra Easley of Patisserie Angelica. There were three cake flavors, carrot, almond and pumpkin. The cake is covered in white fondant and the ruffle is a mix of 50-50 fondant/gumpaste.
