This was the easiest cake I have ever made!! It came together so perfectly. I made this to raffle off to help send a friends son to Ireland next summer. It is Carrot Cake with a Cinnamon Buttercream. I could not find a fall leaf cutter anywhere so I had to free hand cut them out. The entire cake is hand painted.
