CBC is Crusting Butter Cream, there is a really good recipe for it on this site. I have altered mine a little. I cover almost all of my cakes in CBC instead.
No, the cookies and cream filling is one that I just kinda threw together, but it must have been good, b/c my DH actually ate it and he doesn't like cake!! The BC is actually CBC and to me it smooths easier and better than regular BC. Thanks for the comments!!
