Really nice cake. I like to snowball on top too. They did something like that on the Cake decorating challenge (food tv) last night. I might try it too. Was it hard to figure out? You did a very nice job on your cake.
I did not see the tv show. I made this last week. I used a new container they sell apples in fromCostco. Big round ball plastic form. I just drizzled a bunch of royal icing and let it dry for a few weeks. Then I put two of them together. I just kind of winged it as I went along. I emailed all the family and friends saying let me know if I can make another one of these for their Christmas. I hope I get an order.
