Vainilla cake covered in marzipan with buttercream filling, fonndant decorations. My friend and I made this cake, She baked and I made the decoration and decorated. I used the plastic chocolate molds for seashells. I made the ROUND SEA STAR by hand because I could not find a mold for it. I cut a circle and put a little ball of fondant underneath the center turn it over and made an impression with the rose calix ,cut the teardrop opennings around the circle with one of my tools, I do not know the name for it . I was so happy with how it came out. I did not bake it but I did everything else, stacking it and decorating it. Thank you all ,for answering my questions regarding this cake, and by the way I did not charge it was a gift. but did have lots of fun!!!
