Made for a birthday for 17 year old who loves Bob Marley music. Got the idea from pertmuffin's blog (searched on Google for ideas). Vanilla cupcakes with vanilla bean BC frosting and red, green, and yellow sanding sugar. Topper decorations are just chocolate.
