This little boy was having a "mad science" demo at his 6th birthday party. He also has every allergy in the book so this cake was made the help of soy products -- and it actually came out quite yummy! It's a vegan white cake recipe (tastes like coconut due to coconut milk used) with soy buttercream frosting and fondant accents.
