Thi is for my nephew. The barrel is the cake and the stomach of the pirate is a very little dome cake. The barrel is Italian spongecake, filled with Italian traditional pastry cream and covered by butter and cocoa cream let dry and indented as wood. The stripes are handmade choco sugarpaste. All the decorations and the pirate head are in handmade sugarpaste. The little boy likes it so much!! TFL
