Fun treats I put together for my friend Mike at work. Vanilla cupcakes baked in 4oz paper hot cups, topped with vanilla buttercream and caramel drizzle. I also cut black straws in half for decoration. And since Mike likes cinnamon rolls, these cookies were a great little addition to the cupcakes... EVERYONE loved them!
