The design of the cake was a baby block with a small patch ball on the top. Also , on top are some of her favorite things : her dr. brown bottle , "good puppy" book , a rubber ducky ( just my addition! ) and a bib that says " Anna ( Older brother ) loves me" !!!...which is your favorite one? I think it's the baby bottle for me..! All the baby items were made from sugarpaste. It was a 5 layer cake with chocolate at the center with adjacent layers of yellow cake and alternate layers of strawberry cake.
