Fun, great tasting cake! Chocolate cake. For filling, I alternated between chocolate icing, and green mint flavored buttercream (used wilton original buttercream recipe but substituted mint flavoring instead of vanilla extract) then covered the filling with mini chocolate chips and added 2nd cake layer. Covered the whole cake in green original buttercream icing w/ chocolate accents. Last minute cake for a friends impromptu birthday celebration. All the flavors came together for the perfect "mint chocolate chip ice cream" taste!
