This was my first cake ever working with fondant or a tiered cake. The bottom is chocolate cake with the creamy peanut butter filling, buttercream icing and MM fondant. The top layer is pound cake with pineapple filling, bakery frosting and coconut MM fondant. It is decorated with edible beads, sixlets, glitter iced rice paper butterflies, fondant name plate and edible glitter. I am really happy with the way it turned out, considering I had never even rolled out fondant in my life :0)
