I made this cake this past weekend for a friend's grandson Cameron who turned 5. He has a love for ATVs. The inspiration for this cake was from this website, I just modified it to suit my client. The cake is a 10" double layer choc, covered in fondant with fondant & gumpaste deco. I purchased the 2 dinki ATVs. Be4 covering / fondant I trimmed some cake here and there to give it the appearance of uneven terrain. I also added a little pond in the circle of the 5. All is edible except for the 2 sticks holding the sign up. Cameron was estatic over his cake. I was pretty pleased with the way it turned out.
