Hockey cake is lemon with chocolate icing covered with fondant. The walls are gumpaste. The Zamboni machine moves on the track in the middle. The groom was so proud he wouldn't let us cut the cake. He took it to hockey practice the next day to share with his team. I was pleased with how the cake turned out. TFL!
