My first ganache cake. Chocolate cake filled with whipped cream, covered in chocolate ganache, and decorated with whipped chocolate ganache and fresh strawberries cut into roses. The leaves are actually candy spearment leaves, rolled flat and cut into leaf shapes. I've done the strawberry roses before - used the same technique as for making radish roses (strawberries are a bit more delicate tho'!)
