Dahlia Instructions

I just made this one out of straight fondant, so I couldn't roll it as thin as my actual one that I made for the cake. I cut out a circle and then I make another impression with a smaller circle, so that I have a line to make sure that the petals are laid evenly. I cut the petals out (with the larger petal cutter) and roll them thin with a ball tool. I pinch both ends and place them on the circle. The rest of the rows are cut with the smaller cutter. After 3 rows are completed, for the next petals I cut a small amount off of the bottom of the petals for the next row. The last rows I cut off about half of the bottom. If you have any questions, please feel free to ask. I hope this makes sense. This takes about 15 minutes to do.
