Yesterday night I was making some gumpaste coated wires for a cake order when my 6 yr old brother came up to me and said: I want to be a cake decorater like you but I want to make castle and knights cakes not pretty flower cakes ok? Me: Ok. Him: Can I make something out of gumpaste? Me: Ok. Choose a cartoon figurine book and choose whatever charactor you want to make. (He chose this Ann pickard book and chose a crocodile.) After finishing (He added his own personal touches, such as the teeth, tongue, horn, crazy looking eyes and some scales!) I said: It looks more like a lizard to me...Him: Yup! It is supposed to be... I am so proud of him!
