4 layers of moist chocolate cake with cream cheese filling in between layers. and covered with dark chocolate ganache. the minion toppers are all home made MMF. for the despicable me letters, i printed a copy of their logo the same size as the cake, cut 'em one by one and used the cut-outs as pattern for fondant.
