I made this one for a co-worker who is leaving to work in Yellowstone Park. The bottom layer is chocolate cake, chocolate buttercream and chocolate fondant . . . the top is white cake, buttercream and lemon fondant. The colors didn't photograph too well . . . I dusted both layers with luster dust as well. (I should note, I am going to put either fresh roses or gerbera daisys on top tomorrow before delivering the cake.)
