Very special little 20th birthday cake for my best friend's daughter - I drove my best friend to the hospital when her water broke at work with this daughter. All buttercream with gumpaste flowers. Yellow cake with Bavarian cream filling and chocolate buttercream icing. Edible pearls.

How do you get your icing SO smooth???

I use the Viva paper towel method for smoothing.
