This cake almost turned into a diaster cake. I stacked the 2 tiers,covered them in fondant. Fondant looked flawless..I was so proud of myself. Went out for a few hours,came back to finish the cake and the fondant had melted down and away from the cake. Had to take it apart and redo the whole bottom layer.Tried to save the top layer,but as you can see,it has LOTs of flaws because of the melting. Anyways, this is how it ended up. Luckily it was for a family member and they thought it was great!! LOL :)
