Made this birthday luau cake for a good friends 40th birthday. It was a huge hit! The rice crispies tiki is covered in modeing chocolate as well as the sides of the cake. Light and dark brown sugar make up the sand and tinted piping gel was used for the water. Chocolate flowers and pineapples made using candy molds.
