This is my final cake for the Wilton Flowers and Cake Design Class. It is WASC cake with cookies and cream filling and BC frosting. Flowers are BC and Royal Icing. Cake got a little banged up on the drive home from class, esp. since it was too tall for the lid to my cake carrier :( But it was just for my family, so no big deal.
