This poor cake was at an outdoor wedding in 95 degree weather, at a goat farm! Someone ended up covering it with plastic to keep the flies off, lol. I was also a guest at the wedding though, and witnessed many people going back for a second slice- it tasted so good! It held up well after 3 hours in the sun, it started out partially frozen and was still a little cold when served- it was the perfect temperature.
