This train cake was inspired by jertmann (thank you). It was made to celebrate my best friend's new baby boy. The cake is white almond with blackberry filling, and white chocolate cream cheese frosting. This cake gave me so many problems with bulging that I was so ready to just throw it out the window. Luckily my best friend loved it, despite all of the flaws. Thanks for looking!
