Flower Tower

Practice cake of 5, 6" layers chocolate almond cake with chocolate buttercream filling. Finished, it measures 7 1/2" tall by 6" wide. I covered it with the chocolate ganache...allowed it to set-up overnight. Then I used my white chocolate fondant to cover and make to make the little flowers. I learned a lot doing this design...many things I will do differently next time. Good learning experience. A great big THANK YOU to Bluehue for all the tips and her original cake design I was so fortunate to be able to use as my inspiration! :)
