Caramel mudcake with home-made dulce de luche filling, and caramel buttercream. My very first caramel mudcake, and first time making dulce de luche. Also my first time filling a cake, piping chocolate writing, and trying the squiggly wrap. I learned a lot from doing this cake, can't wait to try it again!
