This cake was the centerpiece of a purple and gold-themed 57th Class Reunion reception. The cake was a dummy 6-8-10 covered with fondant and sugarpaste flowers. The dessert buffet included mini cheesecake bites, brownie bites, lemon bars, mini cupcakes, stuffed strawberries, and mini cream puffs. For favors I also did white velvet cookies sandwiched with vanilla dream ganache.
