I attend Culinary School. We had to make a wedding cake a week ago. We were paired off in teams so my partner in class and I made this cake. First one we've ever made. Its German Chocolate Cake with Italian Buttercream Icing. I made the daisies out of Fondant and the hearts out of Royal Icing. Forgot to mention..Its Heart Shaped.
