This is the rose cake I did for my mother's 60th birthday. The top rose part is a four layer white cake with SMBC covered in MMF. The bottom layer is deep chocolate filled with dark chocolate peanut butter filling and covered in MMF. It was inspired by three other cakes from CC so thanks to all of you. It didn't come out as well as I had hoped but I was still happy with it. This is the first cake I have done in over 5 months! TFL!!
