Made this cake from a picture I found on a bakery website. It went perfect with my son's 13th Birthday Party. Its a two tier cake, the bottom layer is is white cake with butter cream icing and the top is marble cake with chocolate fudge icing. The face is made from Marshmellow Fondant. I used buttercream icing to make the bottom look like a grass skirt and brown sugar for the sand look and fondant flowers to accent. It is topped off with a store bought flower lei. It was perfect. My son loved it.
