6 inch triple chocolate cake with raspberry filling and chocolate ganache icing. The "brains" are made of RKT covered in fondant. All decorations are fondant. I made this cake for a very good friend who has been fighting cancer for almost a year. This cake was given to him on the day he had his (hopefully) last brain scan to see if the cancer was gone. Either way, if it was gone or not, my hope was that the cake would bring my friend, his wife and their two little girls (ages 1 and 4) at least a little laughter on such a stressful day. My friend LOVED the cake even though they ended up having to wait until the next day to find out the results of the scan! The results came back this morning and I am happy to say that it appears he is now cancer free!
