This 3 tier cake was red velvet with cream cheese filling. The cake was covered in buttercream as per client request. The cake had some gold details and the peacock was made out of gumpaste. After the peacock dried it was pretty heavy hence the slight tilt of the top tier. I would have like to have been able to cover in fondant. It came out ok..not super happy with it..but I learned a lot. TFL
