I was asked to make a small (4") Anniversary cake. Her wedding colors were silver and dark green. The L O V E is melted white chocolate painted with silver pearl dust....I had a bugger of a time with the chocolate letters....I don't think they were the best choice for such a short cake...they ended up breaking and stood off of the cake...I tried to warm them a little with my hair dryer ended up warming them A LOT and part of my E melted completely :( She still liked the cake and thought it was beautiful but I was a little bummed with how it turned out.
