I actually made this cake as my county fair cake! It was my first cake to use royal icing on (flowers, leaves & white outlining on clothes). It was so much easier to just stick the piece on instead of breaking your hand from piping! I also chose to use RI because it would hold up better in the heat. Fondant clothes. I am so happy because this cake got reserve champion out of all the decorated cakes! Thank you so much for looking!
