I created these cupcakes for this past June issue of Cake Central Magazine! I am so inspired by vintage fashion and have seen little head bands and shoes with these flowers on them made from fabric. So, I thought, "Hey, I can do that in fondant!" - and I did!! There is also a tutorial in this past issue on how to make these ruffle cupcake tops...or just ruffle flowers. Enjoy!
