My son LOVES construction equipment, especially skidloaders, so for his birthday I decided to give it a try. I didn't find much online as far as skidloader cakes, so I came up with this on my own. I used two loaf pans and pretty much put one of his toy skidloaders on the table and carved it out as I saw it. This was my first cake creation - I've always used shaped pans so I was pretty happy with it as was he!!
