This cake was for my Brother and his other half. It was made very quickly, I think it's problems occurred from not chilling to firm up after dirty icing and the hot car ride there, fondant started to pull away and layers settled even though I doweled each layer, I also made the buttercream a little softer then I usually do for the centre. I think that was another mistake I made. They loved it, even with all of it's faults.
