This is a carrot cake with orange cream cheese icing w/color flow doves & icing flowers. I made this for me & my hubby's 9th wedding anniversary. I had a hard time trying to smooth the cream cheese. You can see some of the orange zest in the frosting. After a few hours of smoothing (w/refrigerator breaks in between) I said, "forget it" and left it as is. It was a very moist & delicious cake.
