This is a 12.5 in tall tiki man I made for my Brother in Law celebrating his 30th BDay. This is 2 cakes combined in one. The bottom cake is an 8x6 Dark Choc w/oreo butter cream. Top cake is 8x6 yellow w/fresh strawberry topped with strawberry butter cream, Chocolate buttercream on the outside for "wood" texture. Fondant accents. Talk about a lesson in stacking...
